The SCALE App is a software application owned and operated by Renda Limited, a Company duly incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to provide a supply-chain and mobility finance solutions to local clients.
The SCALE App provides users with access to top-notch supply-chain and mobility finance solution which may be accessed through any various medium or device with the ability to access the World Wide Web.

Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use this App. BY DOWNLOADING, UPLOADING, ACCESSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE APP, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE ABOVE THE AGE OF 18.

User Obligation
In consideration of your use of the services on the SCALE App, you agree to:
(a) Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the SCALE Service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”)
(b) Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You agree to use the SCALE App in compliance with applicable extant laws and not for any illegal activities and RENDA has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services on the SCALE App (or any portion thereof).
In consideration of your use of the services on the SCALE App, you agree to:
(a) Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the SCALE Service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”)
(b) Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You agree to use the SCALE App in compliance with applicable extant laws and not for any illegal activities and RENDA has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services on the SCALE App (or any portion thereof).
User Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the App registration process. You can modify the password as frequently as you wish. The password SHALL be for your own personal use and SHALL not be shared or transferred to a third party.As a registered user you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:
(a) Immediately notify RENDA of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
(b) Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
RENDA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with the above.
